To create an online account, visit the Account Login page here and click on Existing/New Account Registration. Once you submit the registration form, it must be approved by one of our billing representatives before you’re able to login. You’ll be notified via email when your online account is ready to access.

Never miss a payment with autopay! Customers who sign up for autopay may choose the day of their monthly auto-payment. All forms of credit and debit are accepted.

Our budget billing plan spreads your annual fuel bill out over 12 equal payments and can effectively cut your winter fuel bills in half. By giving you a fixed monthly payment, your fuel costs become much more predictable and easy to manage.
There are no added fees for this service. We simply multiply your estimated annual fuel use based on previous bills by this year’s projected price, then split that total into 12 payments, making a one-time payment adjustment, up or down, if needed.
Our policy requires customers to pay for their first fill before budget billing goes into effect. If you’re enrolled in budget billing and miss two payments, you’re immediately removed from the plan. Customers can re-enroll in budget billing once they complete payment for one fill plus balance owed, if any.
Budget billing is only available for residential accounts. Commercial accounts aren’t eligible.

Accounts enrolled in budget billing are assessed by our propane specialists on a quarterly basis to ensure that they come out close to net zero by the end of the season. This means that in some cases, monthly payments are adjusted more than once.
We ask that customers who exceed their projected propane usage pay the extra amount before the start of the new season in order to stay on budget for the upcoming year.
Customers who have a credit on their balance will receive a lower monthly rate. We don’t give out refunds for budget billing.
Customers who wish to make an online payment through the customer portal can pay with any form of credit or debit.
Customers who are making a payment over the phone or email are able to pay with any form of credit or debit, in addition to checks and ACH payments.
